The laundry room comes fully equipped with 2 washer and dryers and a extra fridge! There is a half bath with access to the outdoor shower. A working elevator and huge garage. There extra tables and chairs for outdoor activities. The 2nd floor has a master with its own private bathroom and shower. There are two other bebrooms on this floor each having futons for extra sleeping and Jack and Jill bathroom set up. You will also find a bar area with fridge, sink and wine chiller. In the living area on this floor there is couch with a hide away bed, day bed, and air mattress with plenty of extra sleeping space. On the third floor there is a fully stocked kitchen, with a dual oven stove, 2 dishwashers, and a huge panty and fridge. There is also a very spacious living area and 3 more bedrooms! One being a master with a very large shower and sitting area with a futon. The other two bedrooms also have the Jack and Jill bathroom set up.
